Lilac Springs Assisted Living, is a 24-bed Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF), located in Lake Mills, WI. We are dedicated to assisting residents with exceptional service and encouraging an independent lifestyle. Our trained, 24-hour staff strives to enhance the quality of life of each of our residents.
